The on- side premises restaurants are able to prepare meals that can be picked up by the guest. Check in starts at 3pm and check out is 11 am. As we need to get the residence ready for next guest, there will be a 100$ fee late check-out after 11 am for each additional hour. If any smell suggesting smoke there will be a penalty of 300$. Each lost fob will be a 150$ charge as it isn’t easy to replace those fobs and our next guest will have to be without a fob until it is replaced. Valet parking !!
